Problem about opening solved, now onto that exhaust.

Hi, basically I am going to sell my dad's 2002 sc430 ( 101,000 miles ) on behalf of him, yet the only set of keys we have do not open the locks on the car and the battery inside the key is dead, also the car battery is dead ( Have bought a new one ready to fit ). It has been sitting for 5 - 6 months and has been moved once. The left hand side of the exhaust has eroded somehow, I havn't jacked the car up yet to have a proper look ... Any help would be appretiated .
