  1. What i mean was the car was designed for a certain type of gas. Lexus gets no extra money for the gas you buy, so they must have a pretty good reason to recommend the higher grades of gas.
  2. in case anyone was wondering, the handle is a 230 dollar part (in canada) at the Lexus dealer.
  3. noticed that the front passenger side door handle had the crome chipped and was flaking off. Has anyone else had this problem? How much would it cost to fix?
  4. live in canada and i run nokian haka rsi and they are great in the snow
  5. if you can't afford 91+ oct gas, then go buy a toyota
  6. they can usually update the software to fix the problem, happened to my 07 es
  7. double check the brake system, they had some recalls.
  8. thanks for the reply, I can now sleep at night
  9. just got a 2007 es 350 and i noticed that the break pedal has a bit of travel before they start to bite. Had them checked out and my mechanic said all was fine. Is it normal for Lexus and Toyota brakes to have more brake pedal travel then other makes of cars (Nissan and BMW)?
  10. makes me feel better, had the same concerns when i picked up a 2007 es 350. My first Toyota or Lexus
