Hi Is there a difference between the Supra TT Stock Sway Bars and the Stock SC300 sway bars? They both look pretty much identical to me.

Hey guys Planning to start doing stuff to my car now. I was going to start with suspension and was thinking about the KYB AGX shock/strut with a set of Eibach prolines. I've asked a couple of shops around my area and both of them only carry the GR-2s. I've tried doing a search for them online but haven't been successful... found them for the supras though. Does KYB make a AGX set for for the sc300? if not... should I try the supra ones? Thanks

Hi Well... gonna research a bit more to see what the $$$ figures are gonna be and what needs to be done. I've seen the $2100 soarer front clips on ebay... also called around some JDM dealers and they all seem to be giving me the same deal. 1900-2500 $ for a 40-60k motor. Its gonna probably be one of those... preferably the ones without the rev/speed limiters. Always wanted them cool digital displays from the soarers. :P I'll keep you guys updated on any news...

Hi WOW I never realized there was gonna be a potential problem with the 1JZ wiring. I've always figured that emission was gonna be the biggest enemy here (California). If I plan to do it... I'll probably be done by a professional mech. What about the different versions of the 1jz. Isn't there a single turbo version? If so how much more different is it from the TT. Hi I currently have a 1996 sc 300 AUTO. I'm currently pondering upon a 1jzgte AUTO(from a 2jzge) swap. Would I need the entire front clip? or would parts from my front still fit on it. Also I heard there are different versions of the 1jzgte engine (VVT, rev limitations, trac. control) which one would be a sound choice. I'm trying to open up some turbo possiblilities for the car and MONEY is a relative issue... Thanks

Hi Just got volume two of the 1993 sc 300 manual on ebay for 40USD. I've been camping ebay for quite a few months looking for them (a tear drips from the eye). A little patience (and luck) pays off. :P

Hi I would like to know the difference between the Nakamichi system and the Premium sound system. Does the Nakamichi setup come with a special AMP? Speakers?, SUB? etc... This is according to a 1996 SC 300

Well I live in Southern California so plenty of roads but no snow =P . Non the less its good to know that I have a Diff. in my car to keep me balanced during tight turns. I inherited this car a couple of weeks ago so I'm still trying to learn the odds and ends of it. But going through this forum has been helpful.
