Just bought a 2008 RX350 but prefer to read temperature in celsius. Can it be reset?

Hi all. I'm new to this forum as I have just bought a 2008 RX350. As mentioned by many members, I too cannot move the front crossbar. Seems stuck. I tried to search for details on removing the crossbars altogether but to no avail. Can someone giveme the link? Thx so much
