Check with your dealer, I have a 2008 rx 350 and had a bad rattle above 55mph, they completed a service bulletin repair today which replaced the lower gas tank shield and this solved the problem..good luck.

I just bought a 2008 RX 350 and on the drive home I noticed a rattle which seems to be coming from possibly the roof area or the front end, happens at speeds that vary from 25 to 70 mph, the noise sounds like a plastic rattling in the wind. I checked the roof rack and forward license plate holder, both ok. I cannot seem to be able to locate the problem...and suggestions?
