My 2002 LS 430 has started "whistling" or "whining" at between 35-45 mph. Not RPM related, just speed it seems. Noise coming from dashboard/windshield area??? Appears to be worse when cold. It's almost more of a "whine", I guess you could say. 133,000 miles...I'm the original owner. Any ideas? Also, my trunk hydraulics are dead...is there an aftermarket fix? Thanks.
