Not sure if it will fit. If I may, the F-Sport brake package has larger diameter rotors, and offers a 6 piston brake caliper. That's a huge amount of stopping power for a 250.

In case you didn't know, Lexus has a recall out for the valve springs. You may want to take the car in and see if it's been completed or not.
