When I use my phone with the bluetooth my speed dials appear and are choosable while driving. When my wife's phone is connected the speed dial box is not choosable and hers dont show up. Any thoughts?

Has anyone had trouble with the voice commands recognizing phonebook entries correctly? Our new rx 350 seems to get the wrong phonebook entry more often than not
