my 1993 lexus gs300 is over heating i changed the resovoir and the thermostat it is still boiling over in the resovoir and steaming any liquid plus making my car run hot any suggestions

I have a 1993 Lexus gs 300 and i totally love that car; but i am facing a situation that i dont know the answer to. My car keeps on overheating when i am driving but when it idle its all fine.I have changed the thermostat and the resovoir (i dont know if i spelled it right just kinda mad right now ). Plus i am still having the same problem the resovoir steams up and pop the top off and white steam is coming ouy of the hood when i turn the air on it it makes the temperature hand go past half. Any Help Please
