Hello! I have 2000 ES300 with the bulb out indicator on dash coming on. All bulbs are working (I've changed all I think). When lights on and driving, the dash indicator will go on and off, but, when applying brakes, comes on and stays on. Ideas? Also, is the third brake light up high supposed to burn continuously when lights on (and consequently get brighter when brakes applied)? Thanks!

Greetings! I have 2000 ES300 Platinum. I previously had codes P0440, P0441 & P0446 and CEL/TRAK OFF. Bought new gas cap first. Then, after CEL/TRAK OFF again, installed new charcoal cannister. This worked for 2K miles. Now have CEL/TRAK OFF again and code P0410. Might this be the VSV on the rail? I found Toyota PN 90910-12196. Correct? Thanks! JaWade

My 2000 ES300 has the 3 button garage door opener. I'm trying to program for an opener that 'learns'. I can erase all three button programs per the process in owner's manual with no problem. To 'train' the button, I push it (getting ready to mate it with the remote), but rather than a solid light that should start blinking after 20 seconds or so, it begins blinking immediately after I push it and hold. So I wonder if the 'training the button' steps are not working. I proceed with the learning step (push the learning button on the opener unit, then quickly push, hold and release the desired button 2 (or 3) times). I've also tried other combinations and believe I'm following the process as written. Any ideas from the community? Thanks much in advance!

I have same issue with my 2000 ES300. All three codes. I've replaced the gas gap and still get codes. Now going to replace the cannister. Question: Is there any difference (besides price) between the Toyota part 77740-33122 and the Lexus part 77740-33122 ?? Thks much for your reply.

For the front sway bar / bushings on 2000 ES300 - Is there any easy way to determine if I have 18mm or 19mm bar? Thanks!

Thanks all for replies. I've checked all tail light bulbs and replaced most. The rest look very good. One new item mentioned was potential "tail light relay" may be bad. I noticed Geek had Standard Motor Products 7524-05062426 for only $7. I think I'll try. Is this relay located under hood or dash? I agree removing indicator bulb from cluster would be a pain.

Hello all, I've read many posts on the tail light out indicator that still shows even though all the bulbs are burning. I'm out of ideas and choose not to go opening up wiring harness to try and find broken wire. Now I think I just want to remove the indicator bulb from the instrument cluster. Does anyone know how to do this? Many thanks in advance! JaWade
