I just tried my '07, got beeps and flashing lights, and all 4 windows rolled down half way!! Obviously need to try it again!!!

right side of the steering wheel has a couple more buttons by the "DISP" one, showing the phone symbol on/of hook. Mine does not have it. (we use the bluetooth function of a Garmin GPS)

That TSIB has been superseded by TC005-07. In Canada refer to TSB#2649 OP CODE AT9013. I had mine done today at Woodhaven Lexus in Winnpeg, MB = excellent service, included a wash.

The one feature of the Lincoln Zephyr I traded for the ES was the fact I could run with park and fog lights on, and headlights off, which to my mind is ideal in snow/fog conditions. Low/flat fog lights minimize the glare you get from the headlights; the Zephyr was the only car since auto-headlights that I've been able to run only fogs & running lights.

Enjoying my newly acquired 2007 ES350, sans GPS, but moved my Garmin 265WT from the last car and it works beautifully. Plugs into the ash-tray power, and talks to my wife's blackberry in her purse. Does great job of navigation, and at C$205 tax in, probably a lot cheaper than a custom installation.
