Just purchased a 2006 IS350 with factory installed XM but cannot access ch000 to obtain the id number required to activate. Thought I would look on the tuner itself to obtain the number but where is it? I already looked if it was attached to the smartkey module. XM was actually working for several days until the previous owner cancelled the account.
