Ls460 "map" Connection Under Steering Wheel

i was trying to connect a regular usb cable to it but i was cramped in the garage, i'll try it tomorrow.. it looked like usb but i didn't want to break anything. anyone know what i need specifically if it's not USB? i want to attach it to my laptop and see if i can dump my hard drive. thanks
