  1. I had a similar issue with my 04 over a year ago. Turned out it was the switch on the console that sets the height adjustment. It was "thinking" that the car was in something other than neutral while driving, so kept adjusting the rear as we were driving. It felt like I was riding a horse trying to throw me. The dealer replaced the switch, and that completely solved the issue. It was not cheap, and not covered by the extended warranty because the switch is defined as an expendable part. But, it was sure nice to get the smooth ride back. Hope this helps!
  2. You won't need a copy of anything. Took mine to the dealer Saturday for the occasional clunk that just developed after 5 1/2 clunk-free years. No quibbles, and they were aware of the TSB. My copy of the warranty receipt says the propellor shaft assembly was replaced under TSB L-SB-0116-08.
  3. I found out how great it works on my 04 GX 470 this winter in New Hampshire. I hit a patch of ice on a pretty sharp downhill curve on a road. The VSC instrument light came on very quickly and I think there was a chime, as the vehicle slid toward the road edge. All of a sudden I was going straight again. The GX didn't give me time to try and drive out of the slide manually. The vehicle felt different as it was happening, but I can't explain it any better. I used to slide all the time in my old BMW, so I'm pretty good at manually correcting a slide. I'm sure this time I would have hit the curb before being able to correct without the VSC. I was also driving very slowly, no more than 15 mph.
