Checks To Make Prior To Buying Second Hand Rx400H

Hi All, Is there any standard checks I should make prior to buying an 08 RX400h ? I know by looking at it it was in a frontal crash, grill is damaged and repaired. How do I know how extensive the repairs were ? Is there a way of telling if the airbags were deployed and replaced ? Many Thanks
