  1. 2 gen ES (95) Does the AC get disabled when it gets below a given temperature? Like my Buick Regal if the climate control display showed 32°f it would disable the AC until it was above that temp. Or does the ES300 just let it run at any temp?
  2. So i did some test before i posted this. All my driving is 99.9% city if i get on highway it is for 5-10 miles. Driving habit has stayed the same. And i used the same gas station which has No Ethanol fuel in 87 and 91 When i got the car it had a CEL Front 02/AF sensor. I was getting around 320 miles out of a tank ( i go by when the light comes on) at that time in also which i was filling with 91. I finally replaced the sensor (bosch) at the time i still had 1/2 tank left but was only able to get 300 miles. I started to fill up with 87 since this car does not say premium and i did not notice a difference. Well that tank went by and WTF 275 till light Well I ran it till 300 to get as much of the 87 out. Filled up with 91 and Again i am now getting 300 till light. WTF is going on. Did i get a bad sensor? or is this about the norm? Now when first got the car i seafoamed, oil then plugs before the posted issues. I also use MMO since day one for a upper cylinder lube/cleaner
  3. Pic 1 of many to come :) 95' ES300
  4. So after a major rain storm my car started to throw a P1600 (Batt ECM) Checked my fuses and all good. What else do i need to check? The car seems to run fine out side of a slight ruff idle but not really noticeable unless your paying attention. If my ECM was really bad wouldn't my car run like complete crap or not at all?
  5. Well there are some bubbles but only takes up like a 1/4 of the window and rather large bubbles at that. I stuck at which reading to use due to the if cooling fan is running pressure reads high and if not pressure is where it needs to be.
  6. Ok, so my 95es300 on a 98° day with 70%+ humidity i an avg of high 50° air temp at vent. But at night time i can get very low 40s. I got a recharge kit and it from the chart it said i need to be from 50-55 so i charge it to around 53. When i did this it seemed like it made it worse. Went to check it again tonight when temp was in the mid-high 70's and i noticed something weird. When the cooling fan is not on high i see around 36psi but when it kicks on high pressure goes to around 45 as soon as fan drops back to low, the pressure drops to 36. So my question is which reading do i need to go off of? During the whole time the compression is running and not disengaged. 1 more thing, looking over the factory service manual on this site i looked at the glass window and saw no bubbles and when i turned the ac off there was very few bubbles that formed. According to this it should look like foam then return clear.
