    I am having the same problem with my wife's brand new 2010 RX 350 when I enter an extension number directly into the phone book using the pause symbol. Can anyone help, please?

    Cannot figure out from the manuals how to enter into the phone book the extension for a phone number such as used to activate answering machines or business extensions. It is my wife's brand new 2010 RX 350. Can anybody help, please?
