Hi Again... When I turn the ignition key on ,even when cold the radiator fans are on. Bad temp sensor or?

Hi all... Where is the electric radiator fan switch located on an 1990 es250? I'm assuming that because the fans are running all the time that the sensor needs to be replaced. Any in put would be helpful, TNX Ramble
