  1. I have a 1996 Lexus ES 300 with 178,000 miles on it. I have replaced the 02 sensors and still I can't get the check engine light to go out. I have disconnected the battery to start anew and after 80.5 miles, the light comes back on. The problem is, I cannot get an inspection sticker with the check engine light on. Can anyone tell me how long (in driving time) it will take the computer to reset so that the check engine light goes out.
  2. my ABS light is on. The brakes work fine and I think the sensors just need cleaning. Does anyone know where the sensors are located?
  3. I have a 1996 ES300 and according to my book it is approx. 3 gals.
  4. I have a 1996 Lexus ES 300 and the lights on my control panel are fading fast. I now can only see the tach at night. The needles show clear enough, just don't know how fast I'm going. I know the access to the lights are through the dashboard but I wonder how difficult it is to get at these burnt out bulbs. Can anyone give some info. on the ease of replacement of the bulbs.
  5. I have a 1996 ES 300 with 170,000 miles. It runs just fine and the brakes work very well however, the ABS light is on - just started coming on the other day - and it stays on. Any suggestions as to the problem?
  6. Anyone have any information on how to install a CV joint on the driver's side axle?
