My car is 1999 ES300. Couple months ago, I got ECL and TRACOFF came up both. I found the code is P1135 and P1155. Both are "A/F sensor heater circuit malfunction". I replaced B1S1 and B2S1 by Bosch 15217 wideband A/F sensors. However I still got P1135 and P1155.

Have any one used Bosch 15217 for ES300? Would you mind telling me if Bosch part can be compatible with 1999 ES300?

I have a 1996 Lexus ES 300 with 178,000 miles on it. I have replaced the 02 sensors and still I can't get the check engine light to go out. I have disconnected the battery to start anew and after 80.5 miles, the light comes back on. The problem is, I cannot get an inspection sticker with the check engine light on. Can anyone tell me how long (in driving time) it will take the computer to reset so that the check engine light goes out.

my ABS light is on. The brakes work fine and I think the sensors just need cleaning. Does anyone know where the sensors are located?

hi guys, just got my 97 es 300 lexus, one owner from new and maintained by lexus dealer.its in fantastic condition,question , how many miles do you get approx, when the gas light comes on for low fuel, i realise this is dependent on driving speeds, road conditions etc but just approx idea.what do you guys use for keeping your leather seats and trim in good order, do you use anything on your door frame suround rubbers to keep them soft and plyable,also do you use normal car polish to clean up your paintwork if needed, i have heard something about a clear coat but not sure on this. sorry for so many questions.

I have a 1996 Lexus ES 300 and the lights on my control panel are fading fast. I now can only see the tach at night. The needles show clear enough, just don't know how fast I'm going. I know the access to the lights are through the dashboard but I wonder how difficult it is to get at these burnt out bulbs. Can anyone give some info. on the ease of replacement of the bulbs.

I have a 1996 ES 300 with 170,000 miles. It runs just fine and the brakes work very well however, the ABS light is on - just started coming on the other day - and it stays on. Any suggestions as to the problem?

Anyone have any information on how to install a CV joint on the driver's side axle?
