I'm trying to remove the side mirror control switch in my 04 RX330 and replace it with a new one. Does anyone have instructions on how to do this without damaging the panel. Thanks

I just purchased a 94 GS300 and the speed odometer isn't working. Everything else on the cluster panel is operating fine, including the mileage odometer. I've checked the fuse and it appears good. Does anyone know if this means the instrument cluster panel is going out or is this something more serious? Thanks
