Does anyone know where you can get replacement carpet for a 1995 SC300? None of the sites I've looked at online carry it.

So... two different alignment shops agree that the rack & pinion must be replaced. I've done a lot of work on cars, but never this. Can any of you offer any helpful suggestions? Is it easy to screw up? Any special tools required? Recommended sources for a reman rack? Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm pretty new on here - just scanning the posts for possible help and saw your post from last year. My symptoms are similar on my 95 SC300 - did you ever figure out what was wrong?
