COULD DO WITH A BIT OF HELP FROM THE USA...

Hi from the UK, I have USA spec Lhd 2007 Lexus IS350, a company in the USA set me over a new rack and pinion, fitted and was overjoyed when power steering came back to life again, so got my snapon solus pro out and tried to reset the fault code c1515 and c1525, Lexus is not on the Snapon menu so did it has Toyota, got half way through the zero point reset and scan tool said error, the steering then went into fail safe and electric power stearing cut off and p/s light came on, i,m told i can do a manual reset by croosing pins on the dlc3 connecter and i have tried all the ones ive found on the net but no good, can anyone help with a reset procedure for this zero point calibration reset..thanks

Thanks Steve, managed to get a scan tool to read it as toyota, could not get into the epas, but faul code p1203 on abs , beacuse the pas is speed controlled, I was thinking maybe this fault is also killing the PAS, any thoughts ?..airbag fault just cleared Sorry fault code was C1203..

Hi all in USA, I have a 2007 IS350 here in the uk that was imported from the USA, the cars battery went flat and now the airbag,ABS,etc warning lights are on and the electric power steering stopped working, Lexus in the UK will noe help because its a import, does anyone now if there is a reset, not so worried about the warning lights but power steering is killing me,just to add the P/S light is not on..thanks Paul

Hi no i run a workshop, but have no data for this car due to US import, only checked the fuse's so far, but the EPAS is not running at all, no fault codes coming up on scanner, but can only get into engine management and not the EPAS system, i,ve seen a couple of post's on here and they have been covered by lexus warrenty, but because the is now in UK, don't think Lexus would cover it, just one last think i,ve checked every fuse i can find on the car and the only EPAS fuse i can find is a 80A and live, also the car does show some signs of a light rear shunt, but all air bag light, management light, are all off...thanks for help

HI I run a garage in the Uk and have a friends 2008 Lexus 350is, the power steering has stopped working completely , checked all the fuse's all ok , any body have any idea's , no warning lights on or anything ..p.s the car is a US import..thanks all
