  1. I have been doing some research on this (the RX is apart in the garage)... I have a 2004 RX 330 with Navigation and Mark Levinson. This is what I found out: The place to add Audio Input is from the Rear Entertainment harness. This intercepts the DVD audio going to the head unit for playing DVDs, it DOES NOT interfere with the headsets in the rearseat. From there you have R+, R-, L+, L- and ground. I DO BELIEVE THIS IS BALANCED AUDIO. I purchased a Balanced Line Transmitter (Zapco SLB-TP) to drive from Line Level input to a Balanced Output. I haven't tried it. I also will add a switch to this located to switch between the factory DVD unit and my MP3 player. The only issue I found is that I can only select AUX on the head unit when I have a DVD present in the player. I am able to intercept the audio signal and play it in the whole car. Does anyone have any better places to make this modification? I am open to suggestions. Regards, Nav
  2. I am more interested in anyone who has added this functionality to their 2004 RX330, not any ideas of manufacturers.
  3. afterburner1: Pretty interesting, have you looked through the TIS (http://techinfo.lexus.com/)? This is a great resource. I am installing a Parrot CK-3100 (Bluetooth Adaptor) to my 2004 Lexus RX330. The TIS is going to be my walk through on how to remove the hardware. I am also interested in disabling the VSS. Thanks for the info, and take a look at TIS. Nav
  4. How does the AUX input on the Lexus RX330 work? I have a 2004 Lexus RX330 Mark Levinson with Navigation. I connected a MP3 player to the AUX input in the back of the car. When I switch the radio into AUX mode, I can only hear the MP3 player music on the rear entertainment head phones. Any way to listen to it throughout the car? I can hear the DVD movies throughout the car. Please help.
  5. Does anyone have any suggestions on adding Bluetooth functionality to my 2004 Lexus RX 330? Unfortunately, I couldn't wait until 2005. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  6. I found this company who does BMW retrofits for Bluetooth. I spoke to him and he is interested in building a unit for the RX330. Randy www.eiskits.com 478-390-2597 I think if we bug him, they will get in gear. :)
  7. Does anyone know how to retrofit Bluetooth into a 2004 RX330? I have found many companies which will do it for BMW, but I want it also for my Lexus.
