Just purchased a mica Red 2009 ES 350. Usually don't purchase extended warranties, but the "ding protection" for $299 didn't seem bad given the comments I saw about the finish. Apparently all dings and scratches are repaired each time the car is serviced. Anyone have any experience with or thoughts about this?

Just purchased a Mica Red 2009 ES350. Usually don't purchase the extended warranties, but they are offering a "ding protection" one for $299. Given the finish I was wondering anyone else's experience. The warranty covers "ding" and "scratch repairs whenever the car is serviced.
