  1. I know it breaks my heart every time I come over to America and see the car prices. My dad picked up a 99 LS at the Auctions in Dallas for $19000 USD
  2. There was an error logged on the computer, it had to do with the accelerator control which requires a new part. By the way I paid $38000 Australian or $27000 USD.
  3. Ya it's going in 2 days to check the computer log for any errors.
  4. I 've just picked up a 1998 GS 300 from a local Lexus dealer in an immaculate condition with only 40000 KMS on the clock, hardley driven by previous older owner. But last night to my surprise the car just stopped responding after stopping at the traffic light with the "VSC","VSC OFF" and engine lights all on at the same time with no response from the accellerator pedal. I shut the car off and restarted it and everything started to behave normaly again, the Local dealer's answer is, that this is a spike that happens within the computer system and that there is nothing to worry about, but somehow I can't buy that. Has anyone experinced anything like this?
