Tach And Dash Light Problems

Thanks for the help. I'll take a look at getting it fixed. I hope that fixes the tach problem as well. -
1992 es300 manual trans. Here's my problem. 1. Tach doesn't work. Sometimes jumps up to 2k but most of the time just sits at 0. 2. Dashlights are about done. I was looking to replace the whole cluster but the only ones I find say there for an automatic transmission. And there is the problem. They look the same. Does it really have to be from a automatic? Any suggestions as to how to fix the issues are appreciated.
