Wipers Won't Turn Off

I got my 2015 NX200t washed today, and on the way home I did a sweep of the wipers, after which they seemed stuck on low.

They wouldn't go into intermittent mode, but I was able to switch between high and low speeds. They kept going until I killed the engine and then restarted it.

Can anyone think of anything I should check out?

I would pop the hood to see if water made its way onto the wiper wiring connectors. If that were the only reason for the odd behavior, they should work, normally, tomorrow.
