Hello everyone, I'm brand new to the forum.  I have a 2015 RCF.

I had the passenger door window broken by a thief.  Took the car to the dealer for what I thought should be a simple window replacement...  well...  replacing the window was simple but I guess reprogramming it to go up and down when the door opens is so hard and secret they have had the car now 3 weeks with still no answers.  They are making it sound like we are trying to find the recipe for Coke or something.  Does anyone have any insight into this??

I would think that their technician or service manager should be able to contact Lexus in Japan if the procedure is not in the factory service manual. Three weeks is far too long. What did they tell you, specifically?
