2008 RX350 A-pillar lining replacement

Hello, first time poster here. On our 2008 RX350, a year ago the paper/fabric lining covering the finish panel on the A-pillar (driver's side) started to show ripples on the window side, then with the use of sun shade that rubs the same area, it started to peel and break off. I was wondering if anyone has experience of either repairing or replacing the panel? Thanks in advance.
