I downloaded instructions from that Toyota Lexus Service Support website, but I'm still unable to determine how to remove the "Lexus" and "L" emblems from the rear trunk lid. The instructions say to push in on the "bosses" of the emblems, but I can't figure how to reach them. I think maybe if I remove the inside lid covering, I can get to the rear of the "L", but I am totally fooled by the "Lexus" emblem. It seems to be totally enclosed on the backside attachment. I assume "bosses" are the little nibs on the back of an emblem, like the nibs on the center cap logos I replaced recently. Your help is appreciated-I live in fear of cracking or breaking an emblem...
