2019 Lexus ES300h catalytic converter theft protection shield. Is this necessary like the Prius cat converter shields

Trying to find out if my 2019 Lexus ES300h needs a catalytic converter theft protection shield?  Anyone know?  Is it vulnerable as the Prius models?
