2015 RX350 Power Rear Door Close Button Not Working

2015 RX 350 power rear door button does not close the rear door, probably 4 out of 5 times. It beeps twice and nothing happens. Has anyone seen this before and any thoughts on a fix?

I've had luck doing this:  Open the door manually.  Close the door manually.  Press and hold the door button on the dash by the driver's side.   Most times it will beep and start working.  If it doesn't work, try it again.  There is a section in the owners manual about resetting it, in case a 2015 procedure is different than a 2010.
