2017 RC 350 F sport Navigation is lost.

Hello Everybody, I'm having a problem with my cousins RC 350 Navigation.   It is not showing that I am on the right street.  Does anybody know of a factory reset besides just unplugging the battery or, is that the only way to reset the system.

My guess is that it needs to be updated with a new DVD.  When was the last time it was updated?

This is my cousins car so, I'll have to check later.  This car does have the Mark Levinson system.

Sorry  guys I just got around to looking at my cousins car and it does have that little door for the SD card for the MAPs

An update should do it. Our DVD hasn't been updated for many years and once in a while our map shows that we are on an unpaved area.

Hi everybody, I noticed that the GPS light on the screen blinks allot.  Sometimes it's solid but sometimes it blinks.  Any idea what this problem could be?
