Audio is off on my 2011 Lexus GX460. Checked all fuses which are okay. Could the power/volume switch be bad? Other suggestions.

Does your audio system power on?

Did you check connectors and verify that none is moist?  I have read that some owners of IS vehicles had used a hair dryer to dry out the Amp/Amp connectors to get the sound to work.

Thank you. Haven't had any rain or moisture. Not sure where Amp and connectors are located.

Have tried pressing mode button and power/volume for 30 secs but only get "Audio Off" message on display screen.

Disconnected battery, waited and then reconnected, hoping to reset system and regain audio. Unfortunately, it didn't help. Had local Toyota dealer look at it but they said must go to Lexus which is some distance away.

You may also consider an Auto-Electric shop. These types of shops solve electrical problems that dealerships often cannot. And since they are experts, the time they spend to figure out the problem should be less.

Thank you. Am in small mountain town. Will see if any auto electrical is in the area. Tried voice button with launch audio and audio on commands but nothing happened. Appears problem may impact voice option.

Did you ever find a solution? I’ve got the same problem now.
