yellow325ix
Hello all, I just picked up my new 330 and need to install the front plate. I have the bracket but there aren't any holes in the front bumper. Just indentations where the holes should be. What's the story here? Do I just need to puch through to access the threaded holes? Thanks in advance for the help!!
SW03ES
I would let the Lexus dealer do it...
sgriffith
I had to get one for my 99 RX300 and I just bought it from a dealership (a whopping $54.00 for a piece of plastic!!). However, they put it on for me as well w/o my even asking. So, I agree with SW03ES...let them do it.
Sandblast
I have the same car and have installed the front plate holder myself. I think that the indentations line up plastic inserts behind the bumper that the screws go into, however all that needs to be done is the sheetmetal type screws that came with the plate frame need to be lined up with the indentations and screwed in. Holds like a rock.
yellow325ix
Thanks!! Just FYI, I drilled a small piot hole then put the sheet metal screws in. Like SandBlast said, it holds like a rock.
