Drilling the factory flush roof rails?

As the title states I would like to drill into the factory flush roof rails. I already own a set of Thule aerobars/feet/fixed point fit kit. Thule doesn’t make a fit kit for the 2019 gx 460, which actually blows my mind! My question is would this be safe to do? I would be drilling in from the interior side off the rail, not the top. what screws would you recommend if so? I’m guessing these are aluminum rails. Thank you in advance!
