Wheels/Tires for 2006 GS300 (wtb/wts). . . will 16" Wheels fit over the brakes~???

Great new vehicle purchase; a beauty with a totally new set of wheels and tires with ZERO scuffs anywhere yet~!!!

They are Strada 20" rims, and I'm not into the skinny tire thing.  Wish to get a different set w/or without tires I suppose.  I'm in PHX, AZ.  

Want to know:  Stocks are 17" of course, but will 16" rims fit (over the brake's rotor/calipers)?  I think 15" would be ridiculous looking and wouldn't fit anyway, but if 16's would fit, it would broaden my shopping options.

These wheels/tires are nice enough to be worth shipping, perhaps.  Let me know if possibly interested.  Not sure what the tire brand is for sure yet, probably nothing too special though.  Just brand new, essentially.  

PS  I should have asked about OEM offsets for 17's, 16's, and 18's.  Just want a Stock look for this car.
