05 GS300 Android set, wiring diagram wanted, and radio antenna problem

 My car is base model with tape/CD, Pioneer amp. Radio has 20pin connector, and another connector has only two wires (ECU comm.) Two antenna plugs Motorola and 1/4". No motor controlled antenna just back window grid one

1.Anybody knows how to power the antenna? I'm not sure my antenna needs power or not, but possibly radio has ANT/ANTA/ANTB three wires. Currently new radio uses Motorola antenna plug only signal seems noisy.

2.any body has Pioneer amp circuit diagram? I want to rework it for sub woofer amp, as Android radio has only 4CH power output.

My appreciates if any body can share with me the radio/amp/antenna wiring diagram, I'll share the installation also. This is my 1st post.
