searcher11
I just got the car and new tires but my ride isn't very smooth like I'd imagined, for instance if I hit a bump in the road its feels like something is loose (I can feel this in the steering wheel) is that normal or do I need to take it back and have it checked. Another when I turn on real smooth pavement at a low speed I can feel a vibration when the wheel is turned. any feedback would be greatly appreciated! GuyTelefunken
How many miles? Things to check: 1. Ball joints 2. Shocks (I had a bad one, clanked like a SOB) 3. Stabilizer links (Usually bulletproof) 4. Stabilizer bar bushing mounting bolts Have your alignment shop sheck it out. Hey, are you sure you don't have any warranty left? MrSypher
Congrats on your purchase.. And Welcome to the club... First off are you riding on the 16" stockers?? If so then you should ride really smooth with no vibrations at all.. Even with the 17's you shouldn't feel what you're feeling.. Take it back to Lexus and have them check it out.. It's most likely one of the things that Guy mentioned..
