Air conditioning blows cold air only on the lowest (LO) setting and hot air on setting65 and above

Lexus dealer replace all of the interior (dash, all door panels, glove box, center console) Thursday. Now, the A/C blows cold air only on the lowest (LO) setting and hot air on setting 65 and above.
