Unknown Misfire 01 ES300

Hello new to this site seen and read a lot of good information I just bought this 2001 Lexus ES300 in great condition inside and out engine looks great very clean lots of new parts car runs like it’s running on 3 cylinders i have a cheap code reader came up with P0300 P0302 P0304 P0306 has had some cheap autolight plugs took them out and replaced with NGK plugs has new coils they look aftermarket can’t tell might be denso D with cicle around it checked for spark on bank two 2  4 6 cylinder all getting spark but still runs like crap checked timing marks was right on changed maf sensor swapped the vvt sensor for another i had reset codes still the same runs like its out of time no power  oh new timing belt pulleys water pump lots of new parts I believe I checked the fuel pressure sensor for leaks even that looks new no leaks new O2 sensors man I’m stumped bought car this way tried to fix but need advice something anything got be something im missing i reset cel one more time after checking coils now down to P0300 and still runs like crap now what ? I don’t know

P0300 LEXUS Possible Causes

  • Faulty spark plug (s)
  • Faulty ignition coil (s)
  • Clogged or faulty fuel injector (s)
  • Intake air leak
  • Fuel injectors harness is open or shorted
  • Fuel Injectors circuit poor electrical connection
  • Ignition coils harness is open or shorted
  • Ignition coils circuit poor electrical connection
  • Insufficient cylinders compression
  • Incorrect fuel pressure
