Air Conditioner issues with my 2020 rx350

My rx350 AC has decided to work sometimes and then it will barely work while making some noises.  The fan will not turn up and it blow warm air regardless of whether it is on auto or I just use the fan.  The dealer cannot figure it out since it was not doing it while they looked at.  Is anyone else having this issue?
