2017 RC 350 F sport

Hi everybody, I'm having a problem with my cousins RC 350.  Every time she opens her drivers door the seat starts moving all the way back and it reclines all the way.  The dealer did a reset and fixed it once before but, I would like to know how to do it myself if anybody knows how to do it.  Please advise.
