Which Tesla-style Android head unit for an RX350 2007 with factory NAV and backup Camera

Hi, I hope everyone is doing well. First time owning a (older) Lexus and first time on this forum. (Please dont kill me)

Trying to decide which way to go or which unit to guy to upgrade the factory radio. My car is a RX350 2007 with factory nav and backup camera. I am not too much into modding the car a lot, so ideally it would be great if everything was plug and play. 

I have been researching about those tesla-style head units but there are so many of them on the internet and most of the listing doesn't explicitly say if they support the factory backup camera or not. I am not picky about stuff in general, so as long as the unit is able to control my AC, camera and all other default stuff original from the car, I will be happy. 🙂 

Not sure if anyone here have installed one of these? Seems to support the original camera (im pending confirmation from the seller about this):

Do you guys have any other recommendations or suggestions? Im starting to think there isn't any Android head unit that supports the factory camera.

The seller replied this morning and apparently this unit does support the factory camera and AC info:
