It is to help hinder people that join to spam members via personal messages as well as other venus. as for the rest of the board being flaky, I haven't encountered anything yet....but the day is young. steviej
SW03ES Posted May 12, 2004 Posted May 12, 2004 We had problems with people joining and simply PM spamming everyone hence why for right now there is a posting requirement of 20 to PM.
