Bobboo
Front end shakes hard when braking. Brakes all replaced, no help.
sailwindtwo
Have you had your rotors turned? I’ve found previously when I brake and the front end shakes, it’s because the rotors have warped. They turned the rotors and the shake stopped and it braked smoothly.
dcfish
New pads on old rotors create a conflict. Personally I replace the rotors when I do pads....Piece of mind and they are inexpensive.
sirboom
I had this problem. Replacing the larger lower control arm bushing actually reduced this shaking significantly before I changed the rotors. Then I changed the rotors. I am also going to replace the steering rack bushings. I have a feeling one of them is giving up based on the feel of steering and my past experience.
