Brand new 2021 NX300 sold to me out of alignment. Took back to dealer, a lot of back and forth, they could not get it right. I left because it was "better".


Fast forward a few , i go to another lexus dealer hoping they can get it right. They are trying to CHARGE me for the alignment, yet, is it not covered for one year 12000k??? They say that there was alredy a claim in for this service from the other dealer - so what, its ONE alignment covered in 12 months?


Im so aggravated and regret buying this vehicle. The dealers all seem like snakes. Someone please talk me off the ledge and advise my next steps.

Our tires wore out a bit prematurely so when I brought it in, the service advisor gave us new tires at half off and an alignment. If there's a problem they can't fix they should communicate with Toyota/Lexus.  I believe this is the Lexus customer service number:
