Just bought a 2007 w 66k miles, any preventative maintenance tips?

Just picked up a one owner, mint, all records from same Lexus dealership 2007 Black/Tan with 66k miles.  Guy seemed to do all the services way in advance of when due, I am guessing because of the years and not miles.

Anyway, what are the problems going to be and how do I prevent them maintenance wise?  Thanks in advance!
