Guttergodass Posted January 16, 2021 Share Posted January 16, 2021 Hello I am trying to instal after market radio in a 97 ES300. This has been a nightmare. I purchased, the PAC amp bypass & the harness for my car. Im not going to be using the back up camera, or GPS. So I thought it should be pretty easy. I soldiered the wires together but I just plugged it in... & nothing. It didn't even turn on. Can someone please help me? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Reading the information of the new unit, there is a ground wire that the original harness doesn't have. They suggest to ground that wire to the body. Hope this helps.
